These terms govern your use of the Sunstead app. By downloading or using it, you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Sunstead on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app or its data.
Sunstead requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by country. The price shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
Sunstead computes sunset times, sun bearings and alignment dates from published astronomical models, and reports sky conditions from third-party weather data. Astronomical timings are precise; weather forecasts are estimates and are often wrong. Rankings of places are computed from map and terrain data, which can be incomplete or out of date.
Sunstead is provided for general interest and planning. Do not rely on it for navigation, aviation, marine use, or any purpose where an error could cause harm. Access to any location shown in the app may be restricted, seasonal, ticketed or closed, and we do not verify this.
Sunstead may show places near water, cliffs, roads, railways, rooftops or open ground, and by its nature it encourages you to be outdoors around dusk. You alone are responsible for deciding whether it is safe and lawful to go somewhere and to be there. Obey posted signs, local laws and property rights, take care in low light, and do not trespass.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. The Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
